JeetBuzz Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document accurately.

• "JeetBuzz" / "we" / "us" / "the Company" refers to the operator of the website jeetbuzz-khelo.net and all associated services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who creates an account with JeetBuzz or uses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account held on the JeetBuzz platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real money funds, bonus funds and winnings held in your JeetBuzz account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits awarded by JeetBuzz as part of a promotion, welcome offer or ongoing incentive, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to deposits made by the player from their own payment account in PKR.
• "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, casino, live dealer and related features available on the JeetBuzz platform.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all transactions on JeetBuzz.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be turned over in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age confirmation process required for account approval and withdrawal processing.

To access the JeetBuzz platform and place real-money bets, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and contact number. You are required to provide information that is truthful and current — providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one JeetBuzz account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. JeetBuzz uses technical and manual processes to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, bonus funds will be voided in their entirety and real money deposits may be withheld pending investigation.

JeetBuzz reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registrations from individuals in restricted jurisdictions, individuals previously excluded from the platform or individuals who fail KYC checks will not be approved.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register with JeetBuzz and to access any of the platform's real-money services. This age requirement applies globally and there are no exceptions. JeetBuzz operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

Age verification documents are required before any withdrawal is processed. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or driving licence. JeetBuzz may request additional supporting documents where the primary document is unclear or where the date of birth cannot be confirmed with sufficient certainty.

Where JeetBuzz discovers that an account has been registered by an individual who did not meet the minimum age requirement at the time of registration, the account will be closed immediately. Any funds in the account — including real money deposits, bonus funds and winnings — will be withheld. Deposits may be returned at JeetBuzz's discretion after investigation; winnings will not be returned under any circumstances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your JeetBuzz account credentials. This includes your login email, password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. JeetBuzz strongly recommends using a unique password that you do not use for any other service, and enabling two-factor authentication via your account settings.

JeetBuzz will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from JeetBuzz that requests your password or full payment details should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All bets placed and all transactions initiated while a user is logged into your account are considered your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact JeetBuzz support immediately so that your account can be suspended while the matter is investigated.

All deposits on JeetBuzz are processed in PKR. JeetBuzz accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no upper limit on standard deposits, though very large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account belonging to another person — whether a family member, friend or third party — is not permitted. JeetBuzz will decline to process withdrawals back to third-party payment accounts, which can result in lengthy delays in returning funds.

JeetBuzz does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside JeetBuzz's control. It is your responsibility to check your payment provider's fee schedule before depositing.

Withdrawal requests on JeetBuzz are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. JeetBuzz does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own processing charges.

Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have passed KYC verification. This requires submission and approval of identity and age verification documents. JeetBuzz aims to complete document reviews within 24 hours of submission during business days. Withdrawals will remain pending until verification is complete.

Withdrawals of real money funds are processed within one business day after KYC approval. During peak periods — including immediately after major cricket events or promotional periods — processing may take up to 48 hours. JeetBuzz will communicate any delays via the email address registered to your account.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• JeetBuzz reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests, including proof of source of funds.
• Withdrawals to payment accounts that do not match the name on your JeetBuzz account will not be processed.
• JeetBuzz may delay or block a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or policy violation pending investigation.

JeetBuzz offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the JeetBuzz Promotions page at the time the offer is live, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following standard bonus conditions apply across all JeetBuzz promotions:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome offer applies per household, per IP address and per payment account.
• Bonuses claimed in violation of these terms — including via duplicate accounts — will be voided in full.
• JeetBuzz reserves the right to withdraw, alter or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Bet contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Sports bets and crash games typically contribute 100%; some live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Winnings accumulated from bonus bets placed with real money (rather than bonus balance) are credited as real money funds and are not subject to separate wagering requirements.

All bets placed on JeetBuzz are final once confirmed. Once a bet slip has been submitted and the system has returned a confirmation, the bet cannot be cancelled or altered. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — selections, stake, odds and potential return — before confirming.

In-play (live) betting odds change continuously. JeetBuzz processes in-play bets as quickly as technically possible, but there may be a brief delay between the odds you see on screen and the odds at which your bet is confirmed. Where the odds change between your selection and confirmation, JeetBuzz may confirm at the new odds or offer you the opportunity to accept the revised price, depending on your account settings.

JeetBuzz reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The odds were set in error due to a technical fault or human error and the error is material (i.e., the odds do not reasonably reflect the actual probability of the outcome).
• The event on which the bet was placed is subsequently found to have been the subject of match-fixing, spot-fixing or other irregular activity.
• The bet was placed after the event to which it relates has already concluded.
• The bet was placed by a player in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with JeetBuzz's specific sport rules. For most events, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes are returned. Specific rules for PSL, Test cricket and other formats are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.

All casino and live dealer games available on JeetBuzz are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) in real time under the supervision of a licensed studio provider.

JeetBuzz is not the developer of the casino game software. Games are provided by third-party suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Spribe and others. In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game supplier's stated rules, which are accessible from within each game interface.

Crash game outcomes — including Aviator and JetX — are determined by provably fair cryptographic algorithms that can be independently verified by players after each round. JeetBuzz does not manipulate crash points. The result of any given round cannot be predicted in advance by any party, including JeetBuzz staff.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JeetBuzz. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in account suspension, voiding of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the JeetBuzz platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Depositing funds using a payment account that does not belong to you.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms or scripts to interact with the JeetBuzz platform in any way.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Such instances must be reported to JeetBuzz support immediately.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of event manipulation in conjunction with bets placed on JeetBuzz.
• Collusion with other players on JeetBuzz poker tables or in any other multiplayer game environment.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk.
• Using the JeetBuzz platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the JeetBuzz platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is legally prohibited.

JeetBuzz reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without advance notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur. During a suspension, your funds will be held in your account and not accessible for betting or withdrawal pending the conclusion of the investigation.

If an investigation concludes that a breach occurred, JeetBuzz may void some or all balances, return genuine deposits after deducting any fraudulently obtained funds and permanently close the account. Players found to have engaged in serious fraud or financial crime will not be eligible to re-register with JeetBuzz.

You may request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting JeetBuzz support. If you wish to close your account for reasons related to problem gambling, a self-exclusion process with a mandatory cooling-off period is available — see Section 12.

JeetBuzz is committed to operating a responsible gaming environment. We provide a suite of tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity, available directly from your account settings at any time.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control how much you can add to your account in any given period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose across any rolling 24-hour, 7-day or 30-day period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that notify you how long you have been actively playing in a session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-game notifications showing your net session result to date.
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary exclusion from the JeetBuzz platform for a specified period (minimum 6 months). Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary 24-hour, 48-hour or 7-day pause on your account — useful if you need a short break from gambling.

JeetBuzz provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure platform availability, accuracy of odds and seamless payment processing, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or uninterrupted.

JeetBuzz's total aggregate liability to any player for losses arising from use of the platform — other than losses directly resulting from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JeetBuzz is not liable for losses arising from:

• Delays or failures in internet connectivity on your end.
• Device malfunctions, operating system errors or browser incompatibilities.
• Actions taken by your payment provider including payment declines, processing delays or account freezes.
• Bets placed by a third party who accessed your account without authorisation where you failed to maintain adequate account security.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, regulatory actions or internet infrastructure failures beyond our control.

JeetBuzz reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal procedures, bonus conditions or prohibited conduct definitions — JeetBuzz will provide notice via the email address registered to your account and via a notification on the JeetBuzz website at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the JeetBuzz platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should cease using the platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining funds.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always accessible from the footer of every page on jeetbuzz-khelo.net. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision took effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which JeetBuzz holds its operating licence. Players agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are required to submit a written complaint to JeetBuzz via support@jeetbuzz-khelo.net. JeetBuzz will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. The vast majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without further escalation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, players may refer the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body specified by JeetBuzz's licensing authority. Information about the applicable ADR provider is available from our support team on request.
